John Paul Jones

After racking up credits with the likes of the Rolling Stones, Jeff Beck, Yardbirds, and the Everly Brothers he co-founded Led Zeppelin with Jimmy Page in 1968.

Where are they now?

Zeppelin ended in 1980 upon the death of drummer John Bonham. Afterwards he resumed producing and arranging other artists and wrote film scores (The Secret Adventures of Tom Thumb). In 1996 he built a recording studio and released a second solo album Zooma in 1998.
(John Paul Jone’s first self-titled solo album was released on Columbia records in 1973, thanks to Amy Drake for the clarification)
