Macaulay Culkin was one of the most famous child stars ever. He was born on August 26, 1980 in New York, New York. Culkin entered the showbiz industry at just four years of age. His father Christopher Culkin was his manager. He started off doing Broadway shows such as The Nutcracker.
As he got older he started appearing in movies and hit it big when he starred in John Hughes, Home Alone in 1990. Culkin got picked out of the 200 or so kids that were interviewed for the part. The movie ended up grossing more than $285 million just in the United States alone, and made Culkin a huge childhood star.
After the huge blockbuster, Culkin did many other movies such as My Girl, Home Alone 2: Lost in New York, The Good Son and Richie Rich.
He went through a tough time when his parents, who were never married, started a huge custody battle over their children, and Macaulay’s huge fortune.
Culkin got married in 1998 to actress Rachel Miner. They separated because Rachel wanted to start a family and Macaulay wanted to get back into acting.
He is now dating That 70’s Show star Mila Kunis
In September 2004 he was arrested for marijuana possession in Oklahoma
