She is an American actress. She is known for her role as receptionist Jennifer Marlowe on the CBS sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati (1978–1982), which earned her three Golden Globe Awards and two Emmy Award nominations.

She married Bruce Hasselberg in 1964, but they divorced in 1966. The she married Ross Bickell in 1973, but divorced in 1981. Then was Burt Reynolds in 1988, but divorced in divorced in 1993. Lastly she married Bob Flick in 2008 whom she is still with. She also has two children; Quinton Anderson Reynolds, Deidra Hoffman.
