Played the poolside girl Linda Barrett in Fast Times At Ridgemont High, 1982.
Had roles in Gremlins in 1984, Bright Lights, Big City in 1988 and married actor Kevin Kline in 1989. Did more live theatre than movies, off-broadway stuff (The Nest of the Wood Grouse). Went on extended hiatus after Princess Caraboo in 1994. At time of writing just turned 40.
